Visa application process for international students
Step 1: The partner sends Hanoi University the student’s application, including a copy of the passport.
Step 2: Hanoi University approves the application and completes the procedures to issue the Admission Decision
Step 3: The International Relations Department uses the passport copy and the scanned copy of the Admission Decision to apply for a visa online on the Ministry of Public Security’s public service portal.
Step 4: After the Immigration Department issues a visa approval letter, Hanoi University will send this letter to the international student so that they can pick up their visa themselves.
