Room Categories and Fees
Standard Room (non–air-conditioned): Equipped with essential furnishings; suitable for students seeking affordable accommodation. 500,000 VND per person per month
Standard Room (air-conditioned): Includes air-conditioning and improved amenities for greater comfort. 600,000 VND per person per month
Room Facilities (Standard Rooms): Air conditioning (available in air-conditioned rooms); Ceiling fan; Water heater (for hot water); Desk, chair, wardrobe; Shared bathroom and sanitation facilities.
Shared Facilities and Services: Common Kitchen- A shared cooking area is available on each floor. Private Bathrooms: Each room is equipped with an enclosed bathroom shared by four residents. Laundry Services: Paid laundry service is available within the dormitory complex.

1. D7 Dormitory – Standard Room: 4 persons per room
